apprenticeship -

a 3–6 month guided mentorship for those ready to deepen their practice and explore the foundations of teaching.

apprenticeships offer a powerful next step after a teacher training - a space to build confidence, expand your knowledge, and begin shaping your teaching voice.

this mentorship is relational, steady, and grounded in real-time experience. you’ll receive ongoing guidance, opportunities to observe and assist in class, space to ask questions, and support in finding your own path as a teacher.

perfect for those wanting to grow beyond their trainings - and step gently outside their comfort zone, with support.

structure -

duration is 3–6 months

class integration:

- attend weekly classes one to practice, one to observe

- light debrief afterward to review the sequence, questions, and insights

mentorship meetings:

4+ hours/month of 1:1 or group time

– held in-person at SVERA, either two shorter sessions or one extended weekend session per month

monthly practice & preparation:

- each month you’ll receive focused assignments designed to support your development as a teacher. these will center around sequencing, cueing, and practical teaching skills, alongside selected readings and resources. assignments are tailored to your interests and teaching goals and are meant to directly inform what and how you teach.

sample progression -

each month builds on the last - increasing with confidence & readiness to teach:

month 1 — practice & observation, foundational studies, personal sequence

month 2–3 — cueing skills, sequencing feedback, continued class shadowing

month 4–5 — assisting practice, hands-on adjustments, final prep

month 6 — final preparation and teaching a full class at SVERA (private or public)

group connection is part of this process: occasional shared meetings allow for peer exchange, practice teaching, and shared learning.

investment -

€500/month with invoice

€450/month cash

this mentorship runs on presence, not strict calendar months. if you or i are traveling, we pause time and pick up where we left off.
